Belly Dance Beginners and Beyond

Take your belly dance to the next level! We'll take basic isolations and turn them every which way. Get ready for dynamic combos, challenging layers, and heart-pumping travelling moves. Using stylization that is rooted in Tribal Fusion style, this class will include a warm-up and cool-down, breakdown and drilling of fusion belly dance vocabulary and fun and challenging combinations to push dancers’ skill levels. Grow your coordination and confidence. Alexandra specializes in making movement safe and fun for every body!

Please bring a yoga mat, water, and consider bringing dance appropriate shoes as the floor is often quite dusty
