Get a taste for belly dance in this exclusive class designed for beginners or seasoned dancer looking to polish fundamental techniques. Learn the fundamentals of fusion style belly dance and practice isolations of the chest and hips. Plus, you'll learn some of the history of this fascinating art form and be exposed to traditional Arabic music. Class will include a warm-up and cool-down, conditioning, movement break down and drilling with an emphasis on technique. Attending for a full session will get you comfortable with basic vocabulary and movements. You will be prepared for Beginners and Beyond classes
